Unfortunately we have people booking Discovery Sessions and not showing up and not communicating their change of circumstances. We do completely understand a change in your circumstances as we also navigate Complex Trauma Recovery too. Communication is vital for a healthy relationship so we ask that if you can't make your Discovery Session you either

• create an account via your confirmation email and cancel your session. You can find out how to create an account via the client portal, details will be in your confirmation email.

You are always welcome to rebook the Discovery session when you cancel the appointment or communicate with us. Due to the small number of Discovery sessions available if there is no communication from you we block your account until we do have communication from you. We don't like doing this. Time has shown us we have no choice as people have been repeatedly disrespectful and not communicated with us. We will always work with you to meet your needs when there's communication.
