To manage or reschedule your appointments easily, we recommend creating an account.

Our fees are based on the “gap” amount people often pay when seeing a specialist — designed to keep recovery support effective and sustainable.

Important Booking Info:

Book under Australia if you live in Australia (GST applies).
Book under Global if you live outside Australia (no GST applies).
NDIS clients: Please check the calendar, then email your preferred day/time and your NDIS details to admin@cptsdeducation.com. Our team will book you in.

Rescheduling Policy:

You can reschedule through your account up to 24 hours before your session.
Prepaid sessions must also be moved at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds:
We don’t offer refunds for sessions. This is due to the high demand for Linda’s time, along with the preparation and follow-up involved in every session (like creating your custom recovery resources). You can reschedule 24+ hours ahead—we’re flexible.

💲 Why Are Fees in USD?

As a global business, our systems and purchases are billed in US dollars, and most international payment platforms use USD as their default currency. Using USD allows us to offer a smooth and consistent experience for clients around the world.
